Thurston High Class of 1969 celebrated its 50th Class Reunion to fine dining and dancing. More important were the memories brought to you by the Welcoming Committee Diane Youngson and Linda Zalewski, as well as our Master of Ceremonies Tim Carr.
This class has been busy before with photo projects. Jill Serbay and Odette Park assembled the grade school pictures of their Will Roger's Elementary classmates that were on display. Jill also put together the 20th class reunion picture board and Odette put together the annual class reunion picnic picture board. A few years ago Ted Enright had the class composite picture copied & enlarged for display.
This year classmates again brought cameras and cell phones to record even more memories. See the albums of pictures taken by Jill Serbay, Wayne Preston, Karen Kenny Dei, and Odette Farrugia Park. Ann Marie (Sarris) Koukios' husband, Evans, captured a photo album of stills and a created a slideshow album as well. He also captured videos of the dance floor showing off the moves that Thurston alums still have!
There is one extra gallery that should not be overlooked, namely the pictures that Evans took at the 45th Class Reunion. He did an extensive study of the class picture boards that you will not want to miss.
