What a beautiful afternoon at the Grand Rapids Yassou Greek Festival at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. See the afternoon photos album, plus the Program Booklet album highlighting sponsor stories and remembrances.
We recorded 4K videos of the young dancers and extracted "frame snaps" to show the fun things that can be done with our Panasonic Lumix FZ2500 cameras. We were also fortunate to interview Christy Tsilimigras Buck, Executive Director of Benice.org, this year's festival sponsored charity.
We linked to three related GR stories: 1) our Hellenic Horizons album where we explored the photo exhibit of GR Greek Heritage now in the Grand Rapids Public Library; 2) the recent Hellenic Heritage Award Ereni Stavrou, our Greek School teacher, received at a Detroit Banquet; 3) the updated story of Festival Sponsor, The Red Hot Inn.
